Allison Homes Weaver’s Place Launch

20 May @ 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Free

Premium Devon housebuilder, Allison Homes, has announced its showhome at its Weavers Place development in North Tawton will launch on 20 May.

This exclusive development offers 65 brand new homes with 39 being private, ranging from three-and four-bedroom homes from £319,995.

Weavers Place embodies rural modern living, benefiting from North Tawton’s warm community spirit and historic heritage. Its closeness to picturesque moorlands and great transport links makes this an attractive development to both families and individuals.

Commuters from Weavers Place will benefit from superb travel connections to Cornwall to the west or Exeter to the east, both of which provide excellent rail and airport connections, thanks to road connectivity via the A30.

The area boasts a variety of amenities such as independent boutiques, a post office, local cafes, and restaurants around the central square, as well as a wide-ranging selection of traditional pubs.

One of the most appealing aspects of the area is the opportunity to explore the outdoors. Dartmoor National Park’s wide-open moorlands and deep river valleys are only six miles away from the development.

This gorgeous moorland is defined by forest and wetland, with trails through valleys with Neolithic tombs and Bronze Age stone circles making this a truly fascinating spot.

As well as this, the Tarka Trail, a 180-mile-long trek along the river Taw, is a must for anyone looking for calm excursions through lovely landscapes.

Ideal for families, North Tawton Community Primary School is an Ofsted-certified ‘Good’ preschool and school that also offers baby and toddler programmes during the school year. For older children, Okehampton College is just a 15-minute drive from the development.

If you are interested in making the move to Weavers Place, get in touch with the Allison Homes team by contacting 07485 917459, or by emailing weaversplace@allison-homes.com.

The sales office is open Thursday to Monday 10am to 5pm, giving potential homebuyers the opportunity to pop in to book an appointment with a member of the team.
