Michael Graham (tenor) and David Davies (piano) present a concert of music from across the ages. With something for everyone, the concert will include arias by Handel and Bach, extracts from famous operas, lieder and some songs from the shows. David will also perform some solos, giving an opportunity to hear the Chapel’s Steinway concert grand piano, and, in addition, the concert will showcase the Chapel’s fine two-manual Goble harpsichord.

Michael is Director of the University of Exeter Chapel Choir, and is renowned in Devon both as a choral director and soloist. Having collaborated with David in numerous events over the past ten years, the performances promise to be filled with vitality, colour, artistry and fun.

David is well-known as a solo performer and accompanist. Currently Organist of Buckfast Abbey and Organist at the University of Exeter, he has had a career on both sides of the Atlantic and performs internationally.

A glass of Cava or a soft drink is included in the ticket price and we recommend that you bring a comfortable cushion if you’d prefer – just to soften the feel of the Chapel pews! Under 16s can attend free of charge.
