Join us on Saturday 21st June at 2:30pm for a unique blind tasting experience hosted by Azu Spirits founder Ellie Gibson. You’ll sample six exceptional small-batch gins from around the UK—each one with its own story, distilling method, and distinctive flavour profile.

What to Expect

This isn’t your average gin afternoon. You’ll be guided through a blind tasting using Azu Spirits’ signature setup, complete with numbered bottles, nosing glasses, tasting notes, and wax-sealed envelopes to reveal the identities of each gin at the end.

Gins On the Tasting Table:

• Oxford Physic Gin – infused with botanicals from Britain’s oldest botanical garden
• Spirit of Ilmington Dry Gin – crafted with distilled cider apples from a Warwickshire village
• Thunderflower Gin – vapour-extracted with pink peppercorn and heather
• Copper Frog – bold and oily, flame-distilled in Exmouth
• Bath Botanical No.1 – made in 30L batches with handpicked lime flowers
• Wicked Wolf – a full-bodied spirit, known as the Spirit of Exmoor

Each gin is chosen not only for flavour but for the tale it tells.
